Lodge an Appeal or Complaint
If for any reason a client is not in agreement with a lead auditor's decision after an assessment or a surveillance visit, including suspension or withdrawal of certificate, the client is at liberty to lodge an appeal with a quality representative of AA Certification Limited.
If a client or third party wishes to lodge a complaint against AA Certification Limited or one of its employees they may do so by contacting our head office.
Once an appeal or complaint has been lodged with AA Certification Limited, a member of management will make contact within 5 working days.
