Before AAC can begin the certification process with you, your organisation must have a management system in place. Every management system is different and it’s important that your management system accurately reflects your organisations' processes.
How you choose to design and implement your system is entirely up to you, if you have the resources in house that's great! Alternatively you might choose to bring in an external management system consultant to lighten the load, if this is the case you can talk to one of our team and request a recommendation in your region.
Your management system will be unique to your organisation and its' processes, operational controls and evaluation of risk so it's not a "one size fits all"
